User Agreement

Welcome, and thanks for using InfoMetriQ.com and other InfoMetriQ services and apps! When you use our products and services, you're agreeing to our terms, so please take a few minutes to read over the User Agreement below.

Note: You are entering into a legally binding agreement.


InfoMetriQ is a Data Analysis & Survey, Service Rating, Internal Evaluation, Internet Identity Number (IIN), Jobs & Skills Development Company. We are overseeing the assignment of globally unique identifiers on the Internet, including companies, individuals, jobs, domain names, Internet protocol addresses, application port through online protocols & parameters. This create a globally unified namespace to ensure the global reach of verified information & eradication of identity theft. As ICANN is governed by international board of directors drawn from the Internet's technical, academic, and other non-commercial communities. InfoMetriQ Internet Identity Number (IIN) through Internet Governance is a globally distributed network of networks. Its governance is conducted by a decentralized & international multi-stakeholder network of interconnected autonomous drawing from civil society, the private sector, governments, the academic and research communities and national and international organization.

1.1. Purpose

We verify the information of individuals, businesses & products through InfoMetriQ to transform lives through Data Analysis & Survey, Service Rating, Internal Evaluation, Internet Identity Number (IIN), Jobs & Skills Development to eradicate identity theft for this generation and the generations next to come to learn from. We commit to helping people using technology creatively and ethically. We recognize the unique value and creative potential in everyone. Through programs, exhibits and events we commit to honor and support this potential by inspiring the innovator in everyone. Our sworn mission is to build a network of empowered citizens who can transform system and societies through verified information & communication technology. Our vision is to inspire a generation of equipped leaders through information & communication technology.

1.2. Agreement

Here are some promises you make to us in this Agreement:

You're eligible to enter into this Agreement and you are at least our “Minimum Age.

2.1. Service Eligibility

To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (defined below) or older; (2) you will only have one InfoMetriQ’s, which must be in your real name. Minimum Age means (a) 1 year old for all countries. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for InfoMetriQ to lawfully provide the Services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your information) then the Minimum Age is such older age.

You'll keep your password a secret.

You will not share an account with anyone else and will follow our rules and the law.

2.2. Your Membership

As between you and others, your account belongs to you. You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections, groups) and (4) follow the law and the Dos and Don'ts below. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

2.3. Notices and Service Messages

You agree that we may provide notices to you in the following ways: (1) a banner notice on the Service, or (2) an email sent to an address you provided, or (3) through other means including mobile number, telephone, or mail. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

3.0. Service Availability

We may change, suspend or end any Service, or change and modify prices prospectively in our discretion. To the extent allowed under law, these changes may be effective upon notice provided to you.

InfoMetriQ is not a storage service. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in of our Privacy Policy.

3.1. Other Content, Sites and apps

Third parties may offer their own products and services through InfoMetriQ, and we aren't responsible for those third-party activities.

You are responsible for deciding if you want to access or use third party apps or sites that link from our Services. If you allow a third-party app or site to authenticate you or connect with your InfoMetriQ account, that app or site can access information on InfoMetriQ related to you and your connections. Third party apps and sites have their own legal terms and privacy policies, and you may be giving others permission to use your information in ways we would not. Except to the limited extent it may be required by applicable law, InfoMetriQ is not responsible for these other sites and apps -- use these at your own risk.

3.2. Limits

InfoMetriQ reserves the right to limit your use of the services if we suspect your use of wrong data.

We're providing you notice about our intellectual property rights.

InfoMetriQ reserves the right to limit your use of the Services, including the number of your connections and your ability to contact other Members. InfoMetriQ reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if InfoMetriQ believes that you may be in breach of this Agreement or law or are misusing the Services (e.g. violating any Do and Don'ts).

InfoMetriQ reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Services. For example, InfoMetriQ, trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with InfoMetriQ are trademarks or registered trademarks of InfoMetriQ. Other trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
